4th grade made some awesome beaded lizards for our PBIS reward. It was challenging and a whole lot of fun! 🦎

4th grade was lucky enough to have Walt Mason of Fareway in Hampton to come visit! He explained his job and how Fareway supplies their customers with a large variety of meat products! Walt helped our students make connections to their learning about turkey farming, supply chains, as well as supply and demand. He also did a fantastic job fielding lots of meat counter questions! Opportunities such as this is just one way our students are able to have authentic learning experiences; thank you!



3rd grade enjoys working with their math partners where they can share ideas and ease the workload. We are all becoming more confident in math.











2nd grade engineers worked together to discuss properties of solid materials to build successful towers that meet specific criteria.







1st grade used the Bee Bots last week to code words for reading!








2nd grade students had some fun this week creating salt painted snowflakes.









4th grade came to 3 year old preschool and taught them about turkeys!! Then they were wonderful help making some crazy art turkeys!











1st grade enjoyed learning about fire safety today. Thanks to Latimer and Coulter fire departments for coming and showing us your stuff!








1st grade started learning about sound in science yesterday! They figured out that things have to vibrate in order to make sound!






6th grade students took advantage of our nice weather by helping to dig out the mulch of our new garden beds! They are almost ready for soil. Notice all of the unique tools they used today!


A pumpkin maze and our Beebots helped 4th grade learn the importance of measuring closely and how to convert units of measurement.







🦃Turkeys, turkeys everywhere! Fourth grade has been busy learning about turkey farming. Today, they investigated the differences between wild and domestic turkeys. After researching, they got to code the Beebots to find clues to whether their turkeys were wild or domestic.






4th grade used our Sphero Indi cars to code to math problems. It was a fun way to practice multi digit addition and subtraction!








2nd grade students started their morning by practicing their spelling words using ghost spelling 👻
